Cookware Needed:
- Blender or Food Processor
Grocery List:
- 2 cups Basil Leaves
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste, or 1 Garlic Clove
- ~ ¼ cup of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste (~ ¼ tsp)
Recipe:
- Combine everything and Pulse/Chop in the Blender. Optionally, add more olive oil as needed for a smoother pesto
- Serve on Sourdough Bread, Pizza, Paninis, Crackers, in Pasta or anything else you’d like! Store in an airtight container in the fridge about a week, this also freezes well.
