Cookware Needed:
- Mixing Bowl
Grocery List:
- 8 – oz Mayo
- 2 – Tbsp Minced Shallots
- 3⁄4 – tsp Minced Garlic
- 3⁄4 – tsp Sugar
- 3⁄8 – tsp Salt
- ¼ – tsp Pepper
- 1 – Tbsp Lemon Juice (~1 small lemon)
- 2 – Tbsp Freshly Chopped Parsley
- 1 – Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Recipe:
- Combine everything and chill for 2 hours.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
Note: This recipe doubles easily and pairs well with Dad’s Crab Cakes
