Lemon Garlic Aioli

Cookware Needed:

  • Mixing Bowl

Grocery List:

  • 8 – oz Mayo
  • 2 – Tbsp Minced Shallots
  • 3⁄4 – tsp Minced Garlic
  • 3⁄4 – tsp Sugar
  • 3⁄8 – tsp Salt
  • ¼ – tsp Pepper
  • 1 – Tbsp Lemon Juice (~1 small lemon)
  • 2 – Tbsp Freshly Chopped Parsley
  • 1 – Tbsp Dijon Mustard

Recipe:

  1. Combine everything and chill for 2 hours.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Note: This recipe doubles easily and pairs well with Dad’s Crab Cakes
