Cookware Needed:

Grocery List:
- 1 – lb gyro meat
- 1 – cup of chicken broth
- ½ – cup white rice
- 2 – roma tomatoes
- ½ – cucumber
- ~2 – tsp feta cheese
- ~2 – Tbsp tzatziki
Recipe:
- Combine the rice and chicken broth in a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, set a timer for 15 minutes and simmer on low without removing the cover. In the meantime, start the gyro meat:
- Sauté the gyro meat over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until its cooked thoroughly.
- Finely chop the Roma tomatoes and cucumber
- Combine everything and serve topped with feta and tzatziki
