Baked Brie

Cookware Needed:

  • small cast iron pan or ramekin (I used a french onion soup bowl)

Grocery List:

  • 1 8oz wheel of Brie
  • 2 Tbsp of Red Pepper Jelly
  • 1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers
  • optional pecans or walnuts for garnish and extra crunch

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Remove Brie from packaging and either break with your hands, or score the top with a knife. This will help keep the rind chunks smaller when serving
  3. Place the Brie in your oven safe pan and top with jelly and optional nuts
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes and serve warm
