Cookware Needed:
- small cast iron pan or ramekin (I used a french onion soup bowl)
Grocery List:
- 1 8oz wheel of Brie
- 2 Tbsp of Red Pepper Jelly
- 1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers
- optional pecans or walnuts for garnish and extra crunch
Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Remove Brie from packaging and either break with your hands, or score the top with a knife. This will help keep the rind chunks smaller when serving
- Place the Brie in your oven safe pan and top with jelly and optional nuts
- Bake for about 15 minutes and serve warm
