Grocery List:
- 4 – oz cold brew (~½ cup)
- 4 – oz unsweetened almond milk (~½ cup)
- 2 – heaping spoonfuls of vanilla greek yogurt (~ ¼ cup)
- 1 – scoop of double chocolate whey protein powder
- ½ – frozen banana
- optional:
- 1 – tsp instant coffee
- 1 – tsp chocolate syrup
Recipe:
- Combine everything into the blender and select smoothie (or blend for 30-45 seconds. Serve immediately and enjoy
- Notes: Can add instant coffee powder and/or chocolate syrup to taste, decaf cold brew works well
