Mocha Madness Protein Smoothie

Cookware Needed:

  • Blender

Grocery List:

  • 4 – oz cold brew (~½ cup)
  • 4 – oz unsweetened almond milk (~½ cup)
  • 2 – heaping spoonfuls of vanilla greek yogurt (~ ¼ cup)
  • 1 – scoop of double chocolate whey protein powder
  • ½ – frozen banana
  • optional:
    • 1 – tsp instant coffee
    • 1 – tsp chocolate syrup

Recipe:

  1. Combine everything into the blender and select smoothie (or blend for 30-45 seconds. Serve immediately and enjoy
    • Notes: Can add instant coffee powder and/or chocolate syrup to taste, decaf cold brew works well
