Honey Butter

Cookware Needed:

  • bowl
  • immersion blender, whisk or fork

Grocery List:

  • ½ – stick of unsalted butter, room temperature (¼ cup, or 4 TBSPs)
  • 1 – TBSP honey

Recipe:

  1. Combine honey and butter in a bowl and stir until everything is incorporated. I used my immersion blender for this, and it worked great!

Notes:

  • This recipe scales very easily, keeping the 1:4 ratio of honey to butter. You can also adjust this ratio depending on your preferred sweetness level.
  • I prefer to use unsalted butter, but you can use salted butter for a sweet and salty vibe.
  • Cinnamon and vanilla extract are common additions.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for a couple of weeks.
  • Try this on fresh, warm bread for extra melty goodness
