- immersion blender, whisk or fork
Grocery List:
- ½ – stick of unsalted butter, room temperature (¼ cup, or 4 TBSPs)
- 1 – TBSP honey
Recipe:
- Combine honey and butter in a bowl and stir until everything is incorporated. I used my immersion blender for this, and it worked great!
Notes:
- This recipe scales very easily, keeping the 1:4 ratio of honey to butter. You can also adjust this ratio depending on your preferred sweetness level.
- I prefer to use unsalted butter, but you can use salted butter for a sweet and salty vibe.
- Cinnamon and vanilla extract are common additions.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for a couple of weeks.
- Try this on fresh, warm bread for extra melty goodness
