| Servings: 6 tortillas |
Cookware Needed:
- Mixing bowl or stand mixer
- Blender
- 10″ frying pan
Grocery List:
- 2-3 – cups spinach leaves
- ½ – cup of warm water
- 2 – TBSPs olive oil
- 2 – cups All Purpose flour
- ½ – tsp salt
Recipe:
- Blend the spinach, water, and olive oil until smooth.
- Combine the flour and salt in a bowl, then pour in the spinach mixture and stir until a dough is formed.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and roll out on a floured surface.
- Cook over medium heat for about 1 minute per side. Bubbles may form, and the tortilla will move freely in the pan.
Notes:
- I store these in a beeswax-lined bread bag.
- Use these to create fun wraps or quesadillas. My go-to is a chicken Caesar wrap!
